Vivek skips 'Rajniti'

It was recently reported in the media that Vivek Oberoi was to play a leading role in Prakash Jha's RAJNITI along with Ajay Devgan, Nana Patekar, Ranbir Kapoor and Manoj Bajpai. But according to Vivek's publicist Dale Bhagwagar, the actor wouldn't be able to participate in the film.
"Indeed, Vivek was offered RAJNITI and wanted to do the film too. But since he had already committed the required dates to the Karan Johar production to be directed by Rensil D'Silva, he couldn't be part of RAJNITI. However, Vivek has been an admirer of all Prakash Jha movies and is keen to work with the director in future," states Bhagwagar.
