The unit of Shashi Ranjan's Dhoom Dhadaka currently shooting in Bangkok had a bit of a setback on Wednesday morning when one member of the vast cast, Aarti Chhabria, came down with acute conjunctivitis.

For some time shooting was disrupted since Chhabria's scenes with her co-star Shaad Randhawa had to be re-located to another day. "But fortunately we didn't have to postpone the shooting." Anupam Kher informs me from Bangkok. "Every day from our month-long schedule is precious. Our director Shashi Ranjan just re-scheduled some of the scenes and continued shooting. Everyone is having a ball doing comedy. The cast has people of every age. The youngsters like Sammir Dattani and Shaad are as focused as the senior artistes."

Anupam who had a comedy release Buddha Mar Gaya last Friday has another comedy, Kamal Sadanah's Victoria 203 coming up for release on August 31. "In fact I've two very contrasting releases Victoria 203 and Pooja Bhatt's Dhokha on the same Friday. No two roles can be more dissimilar. I am enjoying this really prolific phase in my career," ends Anupam.
