After Chak De this second sports related movie can start to do a good business from this weekend. The 2nd half of the movie was a total paisa-vasool packed up with a lot of excitements, the starting is all the most perfect for an soccer related movie followed by a average 1st half mainly about a troubled team under the process to be become a great one. Arshad, John & Boman have given their brilliance at each & every scene, while an already proved actor Bipasha seemed to be quiet average. The ad-girl of Dollar underwear & recent “Kantabai” appeared with a item track “Billorani” , was just a chiller. The cute appearance of the woman who played Arshad’s wife was also noticeable.

What I liked about the movie:
Dialogues were really appreciable, situational & applaud able. Editing was good, they managed well the skill-full scene between Boman & John playing football under the rain, the environment in the final match was just too good for an Indian too see their man playing at such a dream place.

What I didn't like about the movie:
1. This movie is Vivek Agnihotri’s second venture after Chocolate, but as director he has done some same mistake what he showed in Chocolate. There were really some very good scenes but not actually in order. This is really a mediocre act by a director still keeping such scene in a movie where hero is in ridiculously injured, full of blood….& still playing for his pride, for his parents. If this movie is all about youth, they could have understood to get rid out of those sentiments of traditional Bollywood ending of a movie. 2. John should have worked much more on showing some extra skills while playing, each & every opponent out there was looking much more skill-full than this team. Skills in soccer are not about giving push-ups, its all about head & leg coordination. 3. Its hard for any person with some knowledge in Soccer to understand why a player like Raj Zutshi was send to take the penalty shoot out while they had shooter like Beckham in form of their captain Arshad who can comprehensively hit the crossbar. 4. In a totally soccer related movie there was everything without a free-kick. THIS IS A HUGE MISTAKE BY A RENOWNED WEBSITE LIKE INDIAFM TO MENTION "NEVEEN ANDREWS" IN THE CAST OF THIS MOVIE.
