OMG! Baabul was a DISASTER... i went out with my family and friends and not one person cld say that it was well use of money and time... didnt feel like we were watching a movie made by Baaghban Director.. surprised by Taran Adarsh's comments abt babul being follow up of Baaghbaan! my husband cld exactly say what the next dialogue wld be.. including that rani was going to see john's image in the photo frame! dialogues were hopeless... no power in any dialogue...
What I liked about the movie:
like the concept
What I didn't like about the movie:
nothing except for the concept... injustice was done to such an amazing concept/theme with hopeless dialogues... sooo much time and efforts were spent on how rani and salman start and spend their lives (typical indian love stories!!!) and hardly any attention was paid to the main theme! rani was convinced to get married with song over dialogues and her and amitabh sitting on a bench discussing god knows wat ! amitabh sends out invitation cards and his wife is yet to know that her daughter in law will be getting married!
more time shld have been spent on the later half which is convincing the daughter in law and society for rehabilitation of windows than showing pathetic routine indian filmi love story!!!
TOTAL INJUSTICE TO AM AMAZING CONCEPT! totally missed the point in dialogues and direction
