Painting pressure, thanks to Aamir uncle Click here to add this article to My Clips

By Bollywood Hungama News Network, January 15, 2008 - 14:02 IST

Aamir Khan’s maiden directorial venture Taare Zameen Par has literally been the talk of the town since release, what with everyone raving about child actor Darsheel Safary’s heartwarming performance and even Aamir’s directorial abilities.

The film which some thought would be a kiddie’s film ended up being the one that even had a strong message for parents that ‘Every child is Special’.

In the film, Aamir even gives a sermon to the dyslexic child’s parents, telling them how the competitive world puts pressure on the tiny tots to score 95%-96% in their exams. We are sure many parents would have learnt a thing or two about how to not put extra pressure on their little ones. However, the artist of the picture above seems to be on a different trip and clearly in the mood for some fun. The picture shows two harrowed kids with their painting kits all set for a painting competition. Both have worried looks burdened by their parent’s pressure of coming tops (not in the exams) but in the competition.

Hope some parents didn't take home the wrong message or else we will soon have a sequel with Aamir again delivering his sermons this time with even more conviction.
