Awarapan is the story of man who is asked by a gangster to keep an eye on his young mistress while he is away on a brief business trip. If she is found cheating this man has to eliminate her. The innocent looking mistress has a secret boyfriend, whom she has tucked away and is planning to run away with. Will this man execute the gangster's orders, or will he go against him is the question.

The film stars Emraan Hashmi, Shreya Saran and Ashutosh Rana. The film is directed by Mohit Suri and produced by Mukesh Bhatt.
